Kathleen Redpath-Perez

Kathleen is an experienced and talented trial attorney who is known for being a fierce and passionate advocate for her clients. Kathleen began her career as a law clerk to The Honorable Pedro J. Jimenez, J.S.C in the Mercer County Superior Court, Criminal Division. From there she spent nearly a decade working at the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender primarily in the Adult Criminal Trial Region in Trenton, NJ where she earned the moniker “jury whisperer” for her ability to persuade juries to acquit her clients through her persuasive and creative arguments even in cases where there was direct evidence vis-à-vis audio recordings and testimony from police officers. Following her time as a public defender she transitioned to the field of civil law and was employed as the Managing Attorney of Employment for a non-profit tasked with representing people with disabilities. Kathleen transitioned seamlessly to civil employment practice, winning her first civil trial in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in an employment discrimination case she was pro hac vice in to try the case a mere three days before trial. Kathleen is fluent in Spanish having hailed originally from the Dominican Republic.
