Belvedere Condominium Association matter.  He has obtained other multi-million dollar verdicts before juries.  He is an officer of the Executive Committee of the Board of Governors of the New Jersey Association for Justice, as well as the Chair for the Employment and Labor section of that body and Chair of the Civil Practice Committee.  He is also the Chairman of the “Boardwalk Seminar” and “Meadowlands Seminar” Employment programs and a Chair of the Boardwalk Seminar Overall Program.  He is a past Chair of the Camden County Bar Association Labor and Employment Committee.  Kevin is also a past Treasurer and Vice Chair of the GLBT Rights section for the New Jersey State Bar Association. Kevin is also a member of the Hispanic Bar Association.  He is a member of the American Association for Justice and a member of the Leaders’ Forum of that body, as well as a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, NJ Chapter.  Kevin has been inducted into the Million Dollar Advocates’ Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates’ Forum.

Kevin has also for years served as a faculty member for trial attorney continuing education, lecturing on behalf NJAJ, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Camden and Burlington County Bar Associations, the NJ Institute for Continuing Legal Education, the Lorman Institute, the National Business Institute and for Garden State Equality.  He has also taught extensively in the areas of employment law, civil rights and education civil rights.  He has spoken to civic groups, trade groups, public school student bodies and to higher education classes.

He has also testified before Senate and Assembly Committees in support of Employment and Civil Rights legislation.

Kevin has been, since 2007, a Board member for the Garden State Equality organization.  He is a past member of the New Jersey Supreme Court’s Committee on the Unauthorized Practice of Law.
