Middlesex County Attorneys

Formed prior to the American Revolution, Middlesex County has been a home to people living normal lives for centuries. However, living a normal life often means running into regular challenges to your rights. Overcoming these challenges often takes the skill and attention of dedicated, experienced civil rights attorneys.

At , we are a group of attorneys with decades of legal experience and respect for the legal community at large. We focus our time and effort on helping people experiencing challenges to their rights in the workplace, in school, and in their daily lives. For the people we represent, we provide a high standard of service and relentless focus in pursuit of the compensation they deserve.

What Is A Civil Right?

Your civil rights are your guaranteed constitutional protections. These include free speech and the right to bear arms, as well as protection from illegal searches and seizures. However, while those are the most well-known rights stemming from the Bill of Rights, they are by no means your only rights.

Your civil rights and the protections they offer are a complex system that can be challenging to define. This is one reason that employers and other groups with power tend to overstep their bounds. However, we are here to provide a bulwark against these abuses in such cases as:

  • Workplace discrimination
  • Wage and hour disputes
  • Free speech violations
  • Educational rights violations

We place a premium on compassion and protection, but our endgame for you is compensation. You deserve to have your voice heard and compensation for the abuse of your rights, and we will fight to make that happen.

, At Work In Middlesex County Courthouse

Our office is centrally located in Laural Hill, but we serve clients in counties all over New Jersey. We regularly appear before judges in the Middlesex County Courthouse, at 56 Paterson St in New Brunswick.

We spend enough time there that we’ve come to appreciate just how great a city New Brunswick is today. As the home of Rutgers University and with a strong downtown, we meet with our clients in the court or in the city proper to strategize and build their case.
