Terrence graduated from Rutgers University-Newark in 2014 with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, and then from Villanova University's Charles Widger School of Law in 2018. During law school, he served as vice-president of the Black Law Student Association ("BLSA").
Prior to joining Costello & Mains LLC, Terrence built his employment and civil rights ligation experience while working with both the National Labor Relations Board in Washington DC and Obermayer, Rebmann, Maxwell & Hippel, LLP in their Philadelphia labor and employment practice. In both roles, he familiarized himself with federal statutes, federal procedures, unfair labor practices, employment discrimination, collective bargaining agreements, unlawful discrimination, and policy shifts in federal labor law. Recently, he was recognized by The National Black Lawyers as a member of their 2021 Top 40 Under 40 class.
The NJ native was born and raised in Essex County and enjoys spending free time with family and friends.
