Matthew Dellinger is a dedicated advocate focused on employment and civil rights law. He brings litigation experience and a deep commitment to justice for individuals facing workplace violations and systemic misconduct.
Matthew began his legal career after graduating from the University of Mississippi School of Law, clerking for the Honorable Robert Becker in the Chancery Division of the Gloucester County Superior Court. He worked on matters of equity including shareholder disputes, property division, and corporate matters. Following his clerkship, he practiced at a Cherry Hill law firm, where he primarily handled shareholder disputes, and later served the State of New Jersey in a legal capacity.
Matthew then built a strong foundation in general litigation while representing major companies—including Fortune 500 corporations—in civil matters. Today, he draws on that experience to stand up for everyday people, offering clients strategic insight, steady guidance, and a deep understanding of the systems they’re up against.
Matthew is passionate about helping clients assert their rights with confidence—whether that means holding employers accountable for unlawful conduct or challenging broader violations of civil liberties.
