Lex graduated from the University of Florida in 2009 and earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 2017. While in law school, Lex was a member of the trial advocacy team and a teaching assistant in the Rutgers trial advocacy program. He was a Senior Editor on the Rutgers University Law Review. Lex also interned for the Honorable Richard S. Hoffman, J.A.D., in 2015 and worked as a Law Clerk for Costello & Mains, LLC in 2016 and 2017. Before joining the firm as an associate, Lex served as judicial clerk to the Honorable Julio L. Mendez, A.J.S.C. in Atlantic and Cape May Counties. Lex resides in South Jersey with his wife and their mixed breed dog, Pepper.
